Understand your account and data options.
1. Close your account in the game
- Open Bitcoin Miner - Gold King and sign in to the account you want to close.
- Open Settings → Delete Account and review the confirmation.
- Confirm your request. The account enters a 30-day grace period.
- If you change your mind during that period, sign in and choose Continue to cancel the request. After the grace period ends, account access is disabled.
This describes the current account-closure feature. Uninstalling the app alone does not close the account.
2. Request personal-data deletion
You can request account closure or personal-data deletion by emailing support@goldkingbit.com, including if you no longer have the game installed.
Include your player ID if known, your sign-in method or associated sign-in email, and what you want deleted. We may ask for the minimum additional information necessary to verify account ownership.

3. Data and services affected
An account-closure request relates to your Gold King account and access. A personal-data deletion request must separately address relevant account identifiers, profile information, gameplay records, and information held by service providers, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Some transaction, security, anti-fraud, legal, or dispute-related information may need to be retained. The current game closure feature does not establish a verified timetable for erasing these data categories or provider backups.
Closing a Gold King account does not delete your Google account, app-store account, or third-party wallet. Those providers maintain their own account and data request procedures.
